If one ask why am I writing books and working hard to make them available to the largest possible audience? My answer is simple: I have a cause, I have a message to broadcast, an important message which is a core belief of mine. This belief is simple to understand, but hard to apply in this tribal chaotic world.  Yet it is possible to apply if enough people accept it as being the truth.

How to attain enduring peace in the world? How to stop wars once and for all and protect our fraying environment? This question needs to be asked every time we see innocent people slaughtered by our evolving industrial wars. The answer is to strengthen world governance and learn from past mistakes. Mainly the ill-fated creation of weak and useless bodies such as the League of Nations (1919) and the UN (1945).

My book One Peaceful World digs deep and wide on this existential issue. Not paying heed to what is going on, will result in the destruction of the planet by the Greenhouse effect and the potential nuclear wars that are sure to eventuate if we stay on this sleeping walking into the fateful future.

MY VOICE

A collection of My Poems

This is a collection of poems written over a ten year period. They are written in a new style which can be best described as "in the face". My style is unashamedly critical of human proclivity to wage wars to satisfy some inner base instincts. The style does not follow any particular poetry genre but is best described as uniquely the author's...

Empowering the International Court of Justice In an increasingly

In an increasingly interconnected world where cross-border issues abound, the need for a robust system of international justice has never been more urgent. The International Court of Justice (ICJ), often referred to as the world's court, stands as a pillar of the United Nations system, tasked with adjudicating disputes between states and promoting the rule of law on a global scale. However, its effectiveness is constrained by limited jurisdiction and the voluntary nature of state compliance....

Reforming the UN should be on all leaders’ minds In an era rife with

In an era rife with geopolitical tensions and humanitarian crises, the United Nations stands as a beacon of hope for global peace and stability. Founded in the aftermath of World War II, its primary mission was to prevent conflicts and maintain international security. However, as the world evolves, so do the challenges facing the UN in fulfilling its mandate.

Recent history is replete with instances where the UN has been criticised for its inability to prevent or stop wars effectively. From...

The Struggle to Shape the New World Order The unstoppable march of

The unstoppable march of globalisation that started with the first industrial revolution is currently facing tough challenges in the form of Brexit, Trumpism, and the scattered populist movements.

Politics acts much like waves on the seashore, it ebbs and it flows, but when the sea rises such motions will be nothing but small footnotes in the larger human political history.

The champions of globalisation such as Macron, Obama, Merkel stand head over shoulders next to narrow-minded leaders such...

The War On Civilians The war on civilians is the most depraved consequence

The war on civilians is the most depraved consequence of any modern industrial scale war. In 1945 during the second world war America dropped its first nuclear bomb on Hiroshima. Whatever justification for this criminal act as advanced by Harry Truman the then US president does not change the fact that it was a criminal act of the first degree.

Now we see unarmed civilians , mainly children and women are slaughtered daily without accountability, without the world interfering and defending...
